Peter Mwendwa Wambua holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Moi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Kenya School of Law and is a Commissioner of Oaths and a Notary Public. Mr. Wambua joined the Firm as an Intern in Year 2009 and later undertook Pupilage in the Firm in the year 2010. He was admitted to the Bar as an Advocate of the High Court in the year 2011 and worked in the Firm as an Associate Advocate, till the year 2017 when he was admitted as a Partner.
Mr. Wambua has gathered immense experience in legal practice over the years and majorly represents clients undertaking Construction/ Development Projects (whether Residential, Commercial, Industrial or mixed-use Projects) with particular emphasis on Land acquisition, Land Use Planning and Regulatory Compliance, sale and transfer of the developed Units, due diligence, drafting/reviewing/negotiating the requisite contracts between the Clients and the Project Partners/Consultants. Mr. Wambua is an astute and result-oriented Advocate and has offered invaluable legal advice and practical solutions to Clients’ legal problems.
