William J. Kabaiku is an experienced Advocate who has been with the Firm since 2000 and has risen from the position of an Associate Advocate to the Managing Partner. With over 18 years of experience, William covers commercial litigation, debt recovery, and security realization, insurance litigation, banking litigation, litigation on receiverships and administration, employment litigation, environment and land litigation, public procurement litigation, and public law litigation in constitutional petitions and judicial review.
William has represented several Commercial Banks in banking-related litigation, debt collection, and security realization that have resulted in substantial recovery of debts owed to these institutions. The same fete has been achieved while representing corporate entities and individuals.
William is strategic in litigation skills and is always a safe pair of hands. He is solution-focused and fearless in attending to clients’ cases and interests, at all times living up to the Firm’s Mission “To give, without exception professional and efficient services at all times”.
William is a long-standing member of the Milimani Commercial Courts Working Committee which comprises all the Magistrates of the Milimani Commercial Courts, Senior Executive Officers of the High Court at Milimani, and the Magistrate’s Court, and a select number of Advocates. William is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and holds an LLB Degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law.
