This Department deals with the preparation of mortgages, charges, debentures, guarantees and other required securities to secure lending by our clients.
We also structure, draft and review lending and security documentation for Banks and other Financial Institutions such as Credit Term Agreements, Letters of Comfort, Guarantees and Letters of Credit.
Incorporation of Companies
We undertake and advise on the incorporation of companies locally and within the Comesa Region.
Corporate
The Firm provides a wide range of commercial advisory services to corporate clients in business structuring. We also offer regulatory advice to individuals and businesses requiring guidance often in heavily regulated sectors.
Registration of Societies and business Names
We undertake registration of Societies under the Societies Act and Business Registrations Act.
