We prepare agreements/contracts for our clients required in the course of their business. We advise on the terms and conditions of the contracts required to safeguard the client’s interests. We represent clients on litigation arising from the contracts. We undertake preparations of Trust Deeds under the Retirement Benefits Act and advise clients on matters relating to the said Act.

Mergers and Acquisitions
The Firm advises clients engaging in Mergers and Acquisitions on the regulatory requirements together with preparing the required documentation. We also assist our clients in applying and obtaining regulatory approvals from regulatory bodies such as the Competition Authority of Kenya.
Share Purchase and Subscription
Our expertise in this area of practice includes the preparation of Share Purchase/Subscription Agreements, Shareholders Agreements and generally advising clients on matters arising from such transactions.
Intellectual Properties
We act for clients on registration and protection of intellectual properties and more specifically trade and service marks in East Africa and the Comesa Region. Our responsibilities include carrying out searches, lodging the marks and patents for registration, pursuing certificates of registration and applying for renewal of registrations.
If need arises, we liaise with Advocates and Trademark Agents situate in other countries and have registered trademarks on behalf of clients in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe. We also advice on issues arising from the infringement of intellectual property rights. We have successfully instituted infringement actions in Kenya and Tanzania on behalf of our clients.
Lease | Tenancy Agreement
We draw up lease agreements for both commercial and residential properties and pursue registration of the same.
We also advise clients on general issues arising from the lease agreements, assist in renting the collection as well as represent clients in litigation arising from tenancy relationships.
